Laboratory

The laboratory at Salem Polyclinic is NABL accredited and ISO certified.It is a state of the art facility with the most modern equipment.The laboratory has various departments like Biochemistry,Immunology,Clinical Pathology and Microbiology.All the departments are in the same floor to promote convenience and hazzle free on time delivery of reports.Full time biochemists,pathologists and microbiologists are working round the clock to provide accurate reports

   The department of Lab services has a team of skilled doctors, who bring a rich experience with them to handle even rare and complex cases.The department comprises of four sections namely Biochemistry, Immunology, Clinical Pathology & Microbiology.All of these are housed on a single floor to enable ease and convenience, both, to the patients as well as to the lab technicians and doctors.  This promotes greater communication and efficiency. There is no wastage of time and effort . The test reports can be transferred internally within the departments with utmost convenience maintaining hassle free and on-time test report deliveries.

Radiology

The Salem Polyclinic has 3 ultrasound machines (Mindray DC-8, Mindray DC-70 X-insight and GE Voluson S8 PRO) and 2 Colour Doppler units (Mindray DC-60 and Vinno G50) which as located within the campus and cater to a large number of patients. The radiology unit also has a digital fixed and mobile X-ray unit from Siemens).

   The other radiology services like Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Invasive Radiology Services have been outsourced.

Radiologists use various imaging modalities such as X-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine to visualize the internal structures of the body.
